Who We Are
South Florida Philanthropic Consulting Services, LLC was started by Deborah (Debbie) D. Korge to work with non-profits to help them develop their infrastructure, build capacity and increase their sustainability to ensure their growth and outreach. She brings over 25 years of nonprofit management and leadership experience with her, focusing on developing and updating policies and procedures (financial, operational board of directors), operational efficiencies, grantwriting, and fund development, to name a few. 
Why We are Here
Many non-profits are busy – busy serving their clients and taking care of their day-to-day functions. Their organizations and leadership team may not always have the time or resources to handle the more complex work needed to ensure their success and sustainability. That is where we come in. South Florida Philanthropic Consulting Services, LLC looks at what you have in place, identifies gaps and works on solutions to make your organization stronger and better.
What We Do
Meeting with your team (board, staff, stakeholders) we review all governing, operational and fundraising aspects of your organization to ensure you have robust plans in place to allow your organization to grow and thrive.

Located in Miami-Dade County, South Florida Philanthropic Consulting Services, LLC provides services throughout the South Florida community – from Key West to Palm Beach, over to the West Coast of Florida into the Tampa-St. Pete area.
